My Biography
I am someone who feels life in all its facets – intensely, honestly and without apologising for it. My experiences have shaped me: the beautiful moments, but also the times that hurt. My music grew out of both.
I write about what moves me: love, pain, friendship, family, freedom, intuition and the journey back to myself. My children are a very special part of my story. In their own way, they have shown me what love means, how important it is to stand up for my beliefs and to have the courage to be myself.
Friendship also plays a major role in my life. People around whom you do not need to wear a mask, who catch you when you fall and allow you simply to be yourself, inspire me just as much as the difficult experiences I have learned from.
That is why my music is personal. It is not meant to be perfect – it is meant to be real. I want to turn feelings into words and melodies so that people can find themselves in my songs and perhaps feel: I am not alone in what I feel.
I believe that everyone is allowed to follow their own path. That pain can teach us something, that freedom means not losing yourself, and that it is never too late to become the best version of yourself.
My story is far from over.
I keep writing it – song by song, feeling by feeling.
