ZEMIVO Premium gift

• Once per verified account: new listeners and existing Free listeners who have not used the program.
• Starts only when you consciously accept the gift while signed in. Two calendar months, calculated in Europe/Berlin; month-end dates are clamped.
• No payment details, purchase, automatic renewal or cancellation. At expiry, Free access resumes unless another valid Premium entitlement applies.
• Existing paid subscriptions, Founder, creator, administrator and special access rights stay unchanged.
• Web and Android use the same account. Protected offline playback requires a valid license and ends no later than the entitlement.
• The gift source may qualify for existing referral benefits until 30 days after gift expiry. Free activation alone earns no paid benefit. Existing referral assignments take priority.
• Campaigns and links may be paused for new activations; already valid gifts remain valid.

Privacy

We store account, gift source and activation/expiry timestamps to provide access and prevent repeat claims. Creators receive aggregate statistics, not recipient emails. No newsletter subscription is included. The lifetime claim marker is retained while the account exists; deletion and statutory retention follow the privacy policy.
