Eligibility and activation
For new independent artists based in the United States who register using the USA promotion, complete email verification, truthfully confirm US eligibility and pass a manual plausibility review of existing artist profile information. One redemption per artist. Existing accounts and combinations with invitation registration are excluded. Misleading identities, duplicate accounts or music with unresolved rights may be held for manual review or rejected.
After eligibility approval you have a 14-day limited setup window to upload and publish your first single. This is not the 60-day artist benefit. The 60-day period begins only after at least one own original music track has a complete rights declaration, a ready stream and actual published status. A draft, scheduled release, upload or registration alone does not qualify. Eligible publication activates the benefit automatically; the server records the start and end.
Benefit and expiry
The existing artist plan’s features and upload limits apply, currently up to 30 music tracks per month. The benefit lasts exactly 60 days, not two calendar months. No payment information is required, no Stripe subscription is created and there is no automatic paid renewal. Afterwards your regular free account remains; published music is not deleted by expiry. Existing independent subscriptions, gifts, exemptions and other benefits remain governed by their own terms. No guaranteed audience, income, playlist position or radio rotation.
Promotion privacy notice
ZEMIVO uses your existing account ID, artist profile, declared country, verified email status, rights declarations and publication status to perform this offer. A normalized email hash and artist name comparison help identify repeated applications; existing audio checksums can flag duplicate music. These are pseudonymous checks, not anonymous data. Country is not inferred from IP alone. Reviewers document a short eligibility decision based on existing profile/public artist information. Do not submit identity documents, private addresses or extra personal information for this offer.
When you choose this offer, a necessary first-party HttpOnly cookie stores a random promotion reference for no more than 30 days. It carries the selected offer and an allowlisted channel through registration. No full referrer URLs, arbitrary UTM values, new IP history, advertising pixels or device fingerprints are stored by this feature. Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube are recognized; other values become “direct”.
Visit statistics are optional and off by default. Only if you opt in is one promotion session counted in a daily channel aggregate. Refusing has no effect on the offer. Aggregate counts cannot identify you; removal of a cookie cannot reverse an anonymous aggregate. Registration, verification, publication and benefit counts are derived from fulfillment records; they include artists who did not consent to visit statistics. Thus visitors are consented sessions, and a registration-to-activation conversion rate is reported without claiming complete visitor attribution.
Cookie references expire after 30 days and expired references are purged on the next promotion context creation. Account-linked fulfillment records are removed with account deletion, subject to independently applicable retention of rights/audit records under the main privacy notice. A minimal one-time-redemption record consisting only of the normalized email hash and redemption timestamp remains while this campaign is offered, so deleting an account cannot reset eligibility. Its retention must be reviewed when the campaign closes; it contains no account ID or raw email address. Aggregated visit counts contain only date, channel and count. The review queue and individual benefit dates are accessible only to authorized administrators and the relevant account holder.
Processing to fulfill this offer follows the existing account contractual basis; abuse checks follow the existing security basis. Optional visit measurement is based on your consent. You can remove the promotion cookie on the landing page and exercise the access, correction, deletion and objection rights explained in the main privacy policy, which identifies the controller and contact. No marketing email consent is created by joining this offer.
